How do I pause or cancel?

To pause or cancel your account, click on the Settings (⚙️) gear icon in the top right corner of Sudowrite, and select "Manage Membership." From there, you'll find options to either pause or cancel your subscription, manage your billing, or contact us.

Please note that “pausing” a Sudowrite subscription is only available for monthly plans, given that pauses always kick in at the end of a billing cycle (and if you’re on an annual plan, that billing cycle is only once a year). You may pause your plan for up to three months, depending on the status of your plan.

Note that if you need to cancel, your projects and documents remain accessible—you’re only discontinuing your plan’s regular credit refresh and billing. (Do note however that an active Sudowrite plan is required to use any AI functions.)
